First, the disclaimer. I’m not a lawyer. I figure that I’ve paid for a pretty good legal education, however, having worked with many of the best attorneys in this arena and written far more than my fair share of articles on this subject.One of the attorneys who falls into the category of “one of the best in this arena” is Shawn E.
